쿤스튜디오(KunStudio, 이하 "운영자")는 안드로이드 게임 앱 "Hex Drop"(이하 "앱")을 제공하며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 이 문서는 앱이 실제로 사용하는 기능을 기준으로 작성되었습니다.
1. 운영자가 수집하는 개인정보
운영자는 이 앱을 통해 이름, 연락처, 이메일, 위치, 사진, 연락처 목록 등 어떤 개인정보도 수집하지 않으며, 회원가입·로그인 절차와 운영자 서버도 없습니다. 앱에는 운영자가 직접 설치한 분석(애널리틱스)·충돌 보고 도구가 없습니다.
2. 기기 안에만 저장되는 정보
게임 진행을 위해 다음 항목이 기기의 로컬 저장소(앱 데이터)에만 저장되며 운영자에게 전송되지 않습니다.
- 최고 점수와 로컬 랭킹, 골드(게임 내 재화), 출석 연속일과 마지막 수령일, 일일 미션 진행·수령 기록
- 시즌 패스 만료 시각, 광고 제거 구매 여부(구매 상태를 기기에서 표시하기 위한 값), 사운드 켜기/끄기 설정
이 정보는 앱을 삭제하거나 설정에서 앱 데이터를 지우면 삭제됩니다. 다만 안드로이드의 자동 백업이 켜져 있으면 기기 제조사·구글의 백업 기능에 따라 이용자의 구글 계정에 백업될 수 있으며, 이는 운영자가 접근하는 정보가 아닙니다.

4. 외부 링크
게임 종료 화면에는 운영자의 다른 서비스 "천명당"(sajuapp.app)으로 가는 링크가 있습니다. 이용자가 직접 누를 때만 외부 브라우저로 열리며, 주소에는 유입 구분용 표시(utm_source=hexdrop 등)만 포함되고 개인정보는 포함되지 않습니다. 그 사이트의 정보 처리는 천명당 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
5. 보유 기간과 이용자의 권리
운영자는 이용자의 개인정보를 보유하지 않으므로 열람·정정·삭제를 요청할 운영자 측 정보가 없습니다. 기기에 저장된 게임 데이터는 앱 삭제 또는 앱 데이터 삭제로 직접 지울 수 있습니다. 광고·결제 관련 정보는 각 제공자(Google)에게 문의·설정 변경을 할 수 있습니다.
6. 아동
이 앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 운영자는 아동의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
7. 방침 변경
앱에 광고·분석·결제 등 새 기능이 추가되어 처리 내용이 바뀌면, 앱 업데이트 전에 이 페이지를 먼저 수정하고 시행일을 갱신합니다.

Privacy Policy (English)
KunStudio (the "Operator") provides the Android game "Hex Drop" (the "App"). This policy describes what the App actually does, based on its code.
1. What the Operator collects
The Operator does not collect any personal information through the App: no name, contact details, email, location, photos or contact list. The App has no account or sign-in, no Operator-run server, and no analytics or crash-reporting tool installed by the Operator.
2. Data stored only on your device
To run the game, the following is kept in the App's local storage on your device only and is never sent to the Operator:
- Best score and local ranking, in-game gold, daily-check-in streak and last claim date, daily mission progress and claims
- Season pass expiry time, an "ads removed" purchase flag (used to display your purchase state), and the sound on/off setting
This data is deleted when you uninstall the App or clear its data in Android settings. If Android auto backup is enabled, the data may be backed up to your Google account by the device maker's or Google's backup feature; the Operator has no access to it.
3. Third-party services included in the App

You can limit ad personalization by resetting your advertising ID or turning off personalized ads in Android Settings > Google > Ads. 4. External links
The game-over screen contains a link to the Operator's other service, Cheonmyeongdang (sajuapp.app). It opens in your browser only when you tap it, and the address carries only a traffic-source tag (utm_source=hexdrop and similar), no personal data. That site is governed by the Cheonmyeongdang privacy policy.
5. Retention and your rights
Because the Operator holds no personal information about you, there is nothing on the Operator's side to access, correct or delete. You can erase on-device game data yourself by uninstalling the App or clearing its data. For advertising and payment data, contact or adjust your settings with the provider (Google).
6. Children
The App is not directed to children under 14 (under 13 in some regions), and the Operator does not knowingly collect children's personal information.
7. Changes
If a future version adds or changes advertising, analytics or payment handling, this page will be updated and its effective date renewed before that version is released.
